If you aren't planning on apping for anything anytime soon , i wouldn't be too worried about playing the util game. I think you are given an one month grace period before card starts reporting by the way. I would check the materials that came with the card to be sure.
Huh?
Sounds like what you really need to know is the date they report to the CRA, so that you can pay it down/off prior to that date, and spend on it thereafter - repeat.

yes i have already sent a msg asking that.
fyi, I forgot to add. They charged an annual fee of $29 so thats what actually got reported after the statement closed.

you should be fine. the annual fee was disclosed at the time i applied. I just wanted to let you know that though I had not used the card, I was aware of he annual fee and thats what got reported at the closing date.
Hope this was somewhat helpful

No idea. It will probably report at the end of your first statement.
+1 to not obsessing over utilization. Any impact to utilization would be just for that given cycle. Even if it does report high you can adjust next cycle.

FNBO issues many differnet cards -- some with AF's, some without.
