So I finally got around to activating my PenFed card over the weekend.
Today, I get an email that says:
I had no idea I'd be eligible for a sub... Not the best in the world for a new card, but pretty good for an unexected surprise.
Did anyone else get this email?

Very Nice!
Nice! But to be clear, it wasn't actually a card from First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), but their First Bankcard division that issues CCs for other institutions? I wish Penfed had snagged my TCF Bank Visa issued by First Bankcard, it's a pretty useless card and I haven't banked with TCF in years.
That's gotta be an error. PCs should never qualify for SUBs. Maybe they just haven't coded the system correctly.
To clarify, I had the NRA card, and accepted to transfer to PenFed. So technically, this IS a "new" account, I guess, but I would have thought there would have been some mention of it subs between the rumor mill here over the past several months and actual communication from them.
