Every time I want to apply for a Amex card, charge or revolver, I never see the promotions. I am currect member, so I click the shorter app, and no sign up bonuses. If am sign in into my account, and select "apply for new card", there's no sign up bonuses either.

Never a good idea to apply or upgrade (unless there's a special promo) a card logged in as existing member.

You will always get better bonuses when logged out, cookies cleared on your browser, and with special links.  Apply this way will ensure the sign up bonus.  When you activate, it'll automatically being linked back into your online profile.
