Fidelity Amex Info

Anyone know much about the Fidelity Amex card?  I think I am probably on American Express's blacklist from a card from about 9 years ago.

I don't think the card has any thing to do with Amex other then on the amex network.

The card is issued by FIA = BofA. Blacklisting by Amex is not an impediment to approval.
