I can relate to this. I received my first Citi pre-selected mail offer earlier this year. It was for the Thank You Preferred Card (0% intro APR for 18 months, 15.99 variable APR after that). I wasn't interested in that card and did not take the bait. But it was nice to finally get an offer from Citi. I think I may be pre-selected for a couple of their cards online, including the Double Cash.
