It looks like the Firestone card is issued by CFNA, I researched a little and all I could find was the Customer service #
Credit First National Association
BK-11/ Customer Service
P.O. Box 81315
Cleveland, OH 44181-0315
Phone (toll-free): 1-800-321-3950
I do not know if this is a good number to call for recon, but I guess it's worth a shot, I actually called the number and it asks for your 9 digit account number, I pressed the # key a few times and it finally said "Please hold while I transfer your call" I then hung up, so give it a shot.

What I love about these tires is, I can leave two black lines down the road about an 1/8 of a mile (oh I love the smell of tire smoke)
