Just got one of those Citi offers that maxes out at $25, so I am not too excited, but my Dividend will give 10% on online shopping during April. Since I am doing a lot and my other card max at 5%, may as well use it.
I still regret not PC'ing one of my DC cards to a Dividend when I had the chance
Congrats on your 10% offer
So, just got my statement on this card, and the dividend dollars (what cashback is called on this card) was much less than I was expecting.
Then I see that I got a 10% credit for online purchases. Obviously it is good in that I get an immediate reduction in the amount owed. However, to redeem the dividend dollars you need $50, so I was counting on the bonus appearing there.
But looking more carefully, it looks like I got the 10% bonus for online purchases, AND the additional 5% dividend dollars on Amazon purchases (for this quarter). So that was unexpected, 15% rather than 10%. So I will be happy with Citi for now!
My offer is 10x AA miles up to 2,500 (which means you can spend $250) until 4/30.
A second offer with Citi AA is for 250 miles for $45 if I purchase at CVS. That one I have until 5/31 to clear.
