Foreign Exchange rate difference on a non-FF card vs. FF card

Has any one noticed the exchange rate for a non-FF (foreign fee) card is different from a card which charges FF even though both the cards are issued by the same CCC and the transaction occuring on the same day with just few minutes apart.

`No, no I haven't noticed. Can you be more specific as to the banks and cards you are talking about and exactly what the difference was? On any given day, different networks may use slightly different exchange rates though - so you might see a slight variability between a visa and a MC, for example.
