Freedom Unlimited - Signature?

Have any of you actually used the VS benefits on CFU? Any VS benefit since Fandango was discontinued?

I've tried the VS concierge and found it useless. Anything I want any merchandise protection on goes to Citi or Amex. Most travel goes on CSR.

I really can't imagine using CFU for any reason other than raw points. Seems like VS on CFU only gives Visa a little more $$$ and allows us to tell other people CFU can come with VS.

My Freedom Unlimited originally came with a $4500 CL and was a regular Visa. I transferred $500 from my Sapphire Preferred to the FU and had them upgrade to a Signature Visa. They did so in a heartbeat and the card was only 5 months old. Good luck
