Oh. I like that a lot. That would control a lot of useless spending. Such as supplying drinks to all their bar buddies for example. Lol

You can find another bookkeeper. Thus I started separate Bus. Credit.
Wow .. where has 24 years gone
You can, it just gets complicated for the accountant/bookkeeper. Most accountants/bookkeepers just don't want to deal with recording reimbursement entries all day along with all the regular load.
And you probably lose any protection from being a corporate entity/LLC.

Bingo... We have a winner is their concern
No AMEX cards. Strictly banked with Cap1. HOWEVER, I've learned a HP is well worth it. Lol
@Charmante wrote:Individual user controls such as what? You're right. I've been stalking AMEX lately anyway... It is very appealing.
They Pre-Qualified me, too!
@Charmante, Sorry for what happened. I feel your frustration.
Just know that sometimes these little things are really blessings in disguise.
Later on .. you may look back and say .."Sure glad that happened"
@M_Smart007 already do. I'm getting giddy for this AMEX Biz card... Lol As soon as wife gets home, I'm opening it.

I think it is a good move! ..been with American Express since the 1980's (personal cards)
and Business since 1996. Also have a couple Chase cards and (1) Bank of America for Bus.
A whole section dedicated to Bus. credit

Well, before we decide that! OP, have any of the AUs used their cards? At least on my accounts, Cap One users have different card numbers so the issuer can tell.
When you sell AU slots (call 1-800-LTL-BANK for prices) you never give the AU the card, for obvious reasons. They gain the advantage of a positive trade line on their report and you don't have to worry about some stranger charging on your account.
If OP did see usage from the AUs (and the numbers are different) Cap One should be less concerned (or maybe concerned OP is selling AU slots and doing it wrongly!)
@Charmante wrote:No it's personal. However that was the reason I added the 5 users. They are my 5 most necessary employees. My assistant, GC, real estate agent, etc. I didn't want a HP to open a business card when I had an idle card laying around... So I designated it toward them using it for fuel, meals, expenses, etc...
Well, I think a business card would have spared you of this. They expect more users and know why you have more. Using personal cards for business draws attention to your account.
@Charmante wrote:No. I put their SS # and DOB on. I just do not have a Copy of their SS CARD or DL.
But I'm beginning to feel pleased with this ordeal. I think I could find a much better lender!
I just joined BECU.
Most any lender will be suspicious if you use a personal card for business in that the dollar volume or AUs will look skewed, so you might run into something similar with other lenders if you do the same.
