I opened a Care Credit account last February to pay for some surgery. I'm just about done paying that surgery off and any charges at this point won't fall under the promotional APR. I forget what the actual APR is but I remember it's insane. Does anyone know if I can PC Care Credit to another GE card? Maybe walmart Discover or Old Navy Visa?

Agreed with Nixon, I've tried doing a PC and india does not allow it

It has nothing to do with India.  Synchrony Bank and GE do not PC credit cards.
