GEMB Backdoor for CLI?

I checked the Backdoor sticky and got this: GEMB:  877-294-7541 (escalated help desk)

 

I want to call and ask for an early CLI and am wondering if this is the best number to use? I'm not sure what "escalated help desk" means, and am concerned that "escalated" might not be a good thing. Is there a better number to call for a CLI?
