GMAC Equity Rewards MasterCard

I just setup my account with GMAC Mortgage online so I can follow my account and pay my bills.  I see they offer a credit card too.  Seems like a decent deal.  Was wondering if anyone has ever used it before?

Earn 1% on all net retail purchases when you use your credit card.§

Each time you spend $2,500 on purchases, $25 will be applied directly to your mortgage balance on a quarterly basis.§ Introductory 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR)† for Balance Transfers and Cash Advance Checks* through your first 12 billing cycles. (subject to a 3% transaction fee, no less than Min $10)

There's no yearly limit to the rewards you can earn!

Reducing your mortgage principal by even two or three hundred dollars a year could save thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage, and using this credit card will make it effortless!

It kind of is.  From the T&C:

"This credit card program is issued and administered by FIA Card Services, N.A"

Good observation.  The buttons and fields have the same design as those on BofA's site.

Yes.

Edit to clarify:  FIA Card Services was formerly MBNA America Bank, which was acquired by BofA in 2005.
