With the exception of Total Rewards / Caesars Visa or FNBO MLife MC, are there any other Casino Resorts credit cards out there? Im not counting casino lines of credit

What perks are you looking for, exactly? There are cards that will give you better value unless you really want the free parking at New York New York.

Not that I know of, and to me the perks on the existing ones are pretty underwhelming anyway unless you spend a lot of time and money at the associated properties. You're probably better off with a solid general rewards card.

I was always kind of skittish, probably unnecessarily so, of getting a casino themed credit card and/or using a card anywhere near a casino, in fear they’d peg me as a gambler (obv not good for credit card co I’d think).

Why? Anyone who is extending you credit is gambling that you will pay them back!

Quite a few casino hotels are bookable with Hyatt/IHG/Marriott points.
