Hi, everyone!
I'm still on an emotional high from yesterday's score bump. And I'm still holding fast to my plan of not apping for anything until the last CO is gone from all three reports. So, I'll be here in the garden at least through this month.
But I'm thinking about staying here until October. I have some inqs that will age off then, and while they're not factoring into my scores, they're still there for lenders to see. If I wait until October 10, then I can claim my platinum spade -- and then relinquish it, LOL!!! Well, I reserve the right to wait until October or not, so long as all three reports are CA/CO free, as that's been my stated gardening goal.
I'm really feeling pretty upbeat today. I picture myself finally picking up a nice collection of prime cards, and then staying put with them for a long time. I just want to be able to have cards that I can plan on keeping in my wallet for a long time and grow some really nice history with them. I've been waiting patiently, but now I can feel it coming!
July completed no apps...but I was so close to apping. August 8, 2012 will be two months with no apps.
July was kind of a mixed bag. I got TU up to 685 then took hit for too many accounts with balance when I had old CO and CA removed. EQ was much the same as I got as high as 635 and when CO was removed I fell to 632. On top of that EQ put old CA back on file so probably more like 612 right now until the damn thing is removed. (CA sent 4th eOscar notice to have it removed).
Sent out 3rd round of GW letters to my last 4 baddies (Verizon, 2 SM and Cap1 Auto) and waiting to hear. Not much I can do but wait and garden. Will send another CLI to Cap1 secured card to bring it up to 1500.
CU couldn't approve the offer I wanted, LOL! Asked if they could remove the inquiry, should have a response next week.
I'm back for another month.
I'm still a champion of the garden. Championing around.

Where's your solver spade inyour siggy?? Frugal
This is going to be a long month. Remember the old saying "a watched pot never boils?" I've been checking TU and EX daily to see if the last COs have dropped off. Any day now...
So, I guess I need to distract myself. The weekend is coming up, so I'm firing up the clubhouse grill! Burgers, hot dogs and kebobs coming up.

Took me a while to figure out what you meant.
I'm guessing people have a small picture of the spade in their siggies??
If they do, I can't tell. I log in 99% of the time from work and can't see most images... for some odd reason.
Is that what you mean??

Yes, I'm pretty sure that CS800 was refering to this:
SIlver:
line to put at top of sig:

That will put a silver spade graphic on the right hand side of your siggy.
Okay, I hope I did it correctly, because I can't see it. lol
