Ha! I just hit 30 days today, so I'm living proof that it can be done... Smiley Tongue

Would love to add the bronze spade to my tagline, but there's really no point - I will have a student loan inquiry show up in July/Aug, and then one final one (I believe) around December. l think it would do more damage to my psyche to have to keep updating (i.e. removing) my status symbol and revealing my shame to all the gardening forum... Smiley Wink

Applying for new cards is very addicting. Very......very .....especially when you are offered a discount if you apply.

Re: Garden Club Meeting - June 2012

Hello, I'm new to posting here! I'm hoping the Garden is the correct place for me to post. I haven't really paid much attention to my FICO score in the past. However, several months ago Citi suddenly reduced my CL on one of my cards, and after reading here I assume it's because my score dropped due to high utilization. I have a variety of cards with CL ranging from $300 to $5000, and most are carrying high balances. I have only one 30 day late from 2005 that should be due to drop off my report in a few months.

Until I started reading on these boards, I was pretty ignorant of the different rewards offered by certain cards. I don't think my current cards offer the kinds of rewards I see being discussed here, but eventually I'd love to take advantage of those kinds of programs. For the timebeing, however, my goal is to spend the rest of this year paying off my credit card debt, and hopefully watching my FICO score rise (and my interest payments drop!) Now that I'm aware of these rewards cards it is very tempting to apply, but I think I'll be in a much better position to app when my scores are higher.

Thanks to all for posting here! I've learned a lot already from reading these forums.

Go to My Settings-----> Personal Information. In the Signature box put in front of the things you want to italicize and at the end.

Or I can do it for you.
