Apparently, I have buried my head in the sand and never updated my own status.  Last app was in May for the CSP.  Looks I'll be changing my gold spade in at the end of the month for the palladium.

Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

Thanks HeavenlyFlower! I hope so, but I'm always skeptical so I won't get too excited until I see the "congratulations" email. Smiley Happy

Can anyone tell me why my seedling isn't showing? I have the code as the first line in my siggy but it's not working correctly for some reason. Smiley Sad

Starting Score: TU 607, EX 606, EQ 611
Current Score: TU 675, EX 671, EQ 654 - FAKO scores TU 744, EX 735, EQ 728 - I wish these were my real scores!
Goal Score: 750 across the board. Simulator says 806 if I stay on track for 24 months

Understandable Smiley Happy I think they are closed on weekends so check the status tomorrow. Not sure about the seedling, a mod may be able to assist you

Nothing looks dramatically wrong with the code. I recommend regrabbing the line from the first page. There is probably a missing quotation mark or something that I'm missing.

Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

Good morning/afternoon folks.  Back in the garden for now, though I think my stay will be short-lived.  Might need to get on the US Airways card before it transfers over to American.

Hello Gardeners,

January has proven to be successful month in my credit journey!   I've received CLIs from three Comenity CCs and my 2nd 3X CLI from AMEX!    I always like to outline my gardening plan for a new month.   I do this because typing it, letting people see it, putting it out in the world helps me stick to it.   So here is February's plan:

1. SP CLI attempts (JCP & Overstock on 2/2, Amazon on 2/5, Citi TBD but likely after 2/27)

2. Keep overall UTIL below; continue to work on getting more zero balances and lowering Citi DC UTIL

3. Monitor CRs

4. Be patient!

My next big credit event on the horizon is when my CO falls off all CRs (between April and June).  However, I would like to stay in the Garden until after October (BK should fall off then).

Anyway, hope everyone is having success in the Garden!   Gardening led me to successes last March, so I can affirm that it works!

Good.

Will follow suit?

1. Continue to Tweak Budget, with focus on Savings

2. If extra money comes in this month, Open Alliant Savings Account

3. Stop focusing in scores (waiting for SW subscription to stop) .  Just monitor reports, and keep cards reporting at 6% or lower.

4.  Work on PATIENCE!!  With new scores above 720, and a few successful apps under my belt, it's easy to start wanting and thinking can get anything and everything I want credit wise.

5. In regards to 4, keep my eye on the prize, no apps till November or December 2015, AND scores 760 or above.

Agree gardening works.  Great time to grow your profile, while at the same time, weeding those baddies off reports, AND prune cards no longer need nor want.

I will be joining  all of you wonderful  people in garden. My last app was January 30th. I plan on staying  in the garden until January  2016. I have opened more accounts than i probably should have during an app spree over the holidays, but did PIF the ones I used.  So its definitely time for me to tend  to those. Still unsure if its best to keep  a very  small balance or just completed PIF

Best to keep small balance of 1% to 6%, either 1 to 2% total credit limit! or 5 to 6% across all cards (let only one report if only 3 cards, 2 report if 5 or more).  Just my thoughts, YMMV.

Good morning boys and girls.

Just checking in to say Hello.  Kinda sorta gardening....still working on the refi and I HOPE that we're done pulling credit, but can't swear to it.

Just a bit of weather here...temps right around freezing, little bit of rain and snow out there....should be a good day to be the pizza guy! Smiley Happy

Get your pizza on!  No pizza for me today, working on getting back to where I was before, mostly vegetarian with strong focus on juicing (I start with premium juices, even though I do have juicer, might order replacement for breville).  But, I did by some brandy to go with the game today.  Smiley Surprised
