Got my Hooters Card earlier today.  Used it at the grocery store and got a chuckle from the clerk.  I think I am going to like using this card

I know....the 9 inquiries was my application spree for the year ( I don't recommend)....no more for 6-12 months!

I am glad I did it because I have 4 approvals so far, not including a Pending from Carnival.

I have joined the Sleigh Center by the way....the approvals are addictive.

We must be following each others steps.  Our scores are almost the same, I applied for the same items as you, and I also have the "pending" from Carnival.

To be honest with you, I am afraid to look at my CR next month with all the inquires and new accounts.  I have nothing planned for 1 year, so I think this should take card of the inquires and help age the account some more.

I did apply for one other one than you, Citibank.  I am now FINISHED!!!!!  No mas for 1 year starting...........now.

I just checked my FICO scores -- no change after 9 inquiries! Whew!!! I had just hit the 700 mark on Experian and I did not want to mess that up...that was a close call, but I am really glad now that I have been approved, including an update from CCCU for close to $17K in CLs...I never would have thought that coming out of BK.

This has given me a big boost because after my experiences with the rebuilder cards.
