HSBC Not updating on EQ!

Any tricks? Balance has been paid off for over a month now, was paid off before November statement hit. Still showing October's balance. HSBC had updated every month like clockwork while I was carrying a balance. Now right as it's paid off I get no EQ love! TU shows the account zero balanced though, so I'm not quite sure who to shake my fist at.

They usually update around the 15th.

I had the same issue with EQ about 3 weeks ago.  Talked to csr & he said they would look into it.  (I doubted this highly)  They DID!  In 2 days it was fixed!  Call them!

HSBC just seems to have slow reporting IMO. i have had an HSBC mastercard for 3 months and it doesnt even appear on my EX report but it is on TU and EQ

WooHOOOOOO!!!! Finally updated today!!!  Bump from EQ 703 to 730!!!
