Just received a survey request from HSBC asking me to please rate their customer service and credit card products. They also asked to rate the card I use most for my purchases (they have them all listed).
Then they allow you to provide straight feedback on how they can improve -- I let them have it, of course -- albeit, in a completely professional and constructive way. Don't know what this means, but I hope these surveys are used to eliminate annual fees, allow upgrades and pc's, and provide larger credit limits so that it doesn't harm our FICO's to use the card.
I'm sure they're using these to determine where their product stands with customers, evaluate their worth, and layout their options going forward. First survey I've received from them in the five years I've had their card! Interesting....
Did anyone else receive this survey in their email?
I don't have HSBC card ... but I know many of fico member does.
