Has anyone had the following message on their paper statement from Citi then had their secured card unsecure early?

Penalty $.00 Maturity date 04/09/2011
My maturity date is a ways away and I thought because I have maintained my account so well over the last five months its been open they might unsecure it early and wanted to see if anyone had this message on their statement then had their card unsecure early
