Has anyone ever used a Visa Signature for a BT?

Just like the subject line, has anyone used a Visa Signature to transfer a balance? I have one that reports as a flexible spending account and shows a limit on True Credit. I'm mostly curious about the impact on utilization, if any, by rolling a couple of balances onto it. Any suggestions would be helpful. Cheers!

well if you have never had the balance as high as you want to bt, it will look like your credit line and while at the full balance you will show 100% util but as you pay down you will now have a much higher cl reporting than you currently do

What about a down-grade, if you will, to a non Signature card? Has anyone ever tried that?
