No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
well they probably are doing a financial review because you went app crazy with GE.
6 cards in a 7 month period, all being from the same lender, is a lot.
Are there any NON-GE cards that you opened?
You can try calling in and ask to speak to a underwriter or whichever department is in charge to explain.
If you didn't max out any of your cards or went on a spending spree, you should be fine if you can come up with a legitimate reason (such as some cards for business expense, or just for rewards, etc).
They didn't disable your 4th card, so that is a good sign.
There's still a chance they will CLD or close your accounts. There's been other people who went app crazy with them and got into trouble.
i closed it because after they told me the limit i said no thank you so i thought the account would not be opened since i did not agree on the terms of that particular account
ok so they closed it. you could try to ask them to delete it completely later, and they might do it if they're willing to. if they're not, there's nothing you can do about it.
What other NON-GE cards did you apply for?
So how many new cards in total as well in the past 12 months?
And more importantly, is there a reason why you opened so many GE cards?

I opened 4 in 2 mos ( last year) and recently added the Sony Card. I'm not sure if its the amount of cards or the closed account that red flagged you. Enharu is correct at least they let you keep the PayPal MC but I would be surprised if they close 4 and keep 1 open.
What's your AAOA?
