I was wondering if or what credit card or store card could my sister have the best chances of getting to help reestablish credit?
Here is here Credit Picture:

90 Day: 8/06
120 Day: 9/06

Disputing as fraudulant charges becuase not her's.
She would like to get a target card again but dont know her chances of that.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I suggest getting a secured card first and after it reports for 6 months, try for a store card. Capital One is a good choice for secured card or a Credit Union.
I told her that but should would prefer a non secured card.
Does anyone think she might have a chance of a Target red Card again? or any other store card with these issues?
What happened to the first Target account? All I see is "Closed by creditor" which is usually a bad sign which makes the chances of going back pretty grim.
Here's some scores of approvals and denials of others to get a better idea: http://www.financeglobe.com/Finance/index.php?p=getcardstatussingle&ordercolumn=approvaldate&rowstar...
As the other poster suggested, secured may be the only way at the moment. Those with <600 can't be too picky.
That site is great! Thanks JayRizzo!
Yes, it's a very cool site where other members submit their approvals/denials and scores from FICO and Experian's Vantage to build a pretty good list to give you an idea whether or not you have a chance. They even submit their own comments. I went through the entire site when I was a builder to pick and choose my particular cards, so it saved me from doing an app spree. I got what I needed and got out.
Singing: You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em, know when to waaaaalk away, know when to run... you've got to count your money credit cards...
Thanks for all the info! that site is pretty cool btw!
Yeah, It looks like a secured card is the best way for her to go at the moment to build up some history.
