How long? Are you referring to the AAoA?

 

It's likely under 2 years. I think mid last year, I had read it as 1.3 and now it has likely inched up to just under 2. My 15 year old accounts dropped off last year. And AMEX refused to backdate because it had been 10 years and even though it was on my credit report, it "wasn't on their system." When I called the Credit department which had access to it, they deleted it off my credit report after me explicitly asking them not to. I complained to a supe and he did't do anyhting. Needless to say, I am not happy with Amex.
