I'd say you have a very good chance with either Barclays (I don't know about their higher end ones like the Ring, Arrival or Sallie Mae, but you might have a chance for these with a year of credit history) or CapitalOne (not one of the fee-crazy cards, although likely not one of the super high end ones either).

I agree with chwebb1, you probably have a great chance with a Barclay card. I just got one recently with a lower score than you and a couple of derogs on my report.
I would go for the Barclay and let it age a bit before you apply for something bigger.
