So I have three cards with NFCU.
Flagship 25k
MoreRewards Amex 25k
CashRewards 8900k (left) I have already moved some from CashRewards to both of the above cards.
So since my BK 5 years ago the CashRewards was my first card and over the years I have other cards that are just better.
How will it hurt me to just move the rest of the $8900 to my two other cards and close it? TIA.

It may hurt because you have one less card to request a potential SP CLI on?
Have your considered doing a product change to another card that may benefit you?
I can't offer much negative points on closing the card if that is your desire.
I don't see a way it would hurt you if you're keeping your total CL intact. The only possible way would be if you only have those 3 NFCU cards and if you're trying to implement AZEO. You'd be down one card, making it hard to do AZEO and maximize points.
Hi, whats AZEO?

All your credit card accounts at ZERO balance EXCEPT a single BankCard showing a balance.
The concensus being maximization or achieving the highest FICO Scoring potential for the profile that you currently have for that statement period.
Scupra - What's new brother! How are you? I guess you're right. I'll move another $3400 to my Flagship since that's my monthly card and leave the CR at an even $5k and let it just keep aging.
