Re: Help with what to do next (19 Years Old)

The capital One QuickSilver No AF may have a requirement of more credit history 2+ year probably. I got approved for the one with AF with 1k CL. Idk if you should apply for that Visa card. That is one of their main cards.

I've been reading that Chase likes for you to have 1 year of credit history, but I guess I have nothing to lose. If the worst happens and I get declined by both Amex & Chase, instead of me going for the Capital One Student card, do you think I'd have a chance with the Capital One Quicksilver (the one with no annual fee)?

I heard that to but I got accepted to the Amazon Visa ( Is done by Chase) and i had 9 months of credit history at the time so  there is nothing to lsoe

I guess I could go with an Amazon Visa if I get declined by both Amex & Chase. Do you guys know of any other good no annual fee/cashback cards just in case I get declined by both?

EDIT: Also, by saying "9 months of history," do you all mean 9 statements, or 9 months from the date you first received the credit card?

If you get declined for both its time to stop and figure out what's wrong with CR's and profile

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Amazon Visa is Chase.

apply for either freedom or amazon but not both

and apply for BCE or the new everyday card from Amex.... I'd apply for Amex first though, think you have good chance!!

Well when you put it that way, I guess at least one should accept me. Maybe I just worry too much. Thank you very much everyone for all your feedback =-).
