I'm sitting at $13,500.
$16,500 (formerly Target Visa).
I had a RED card that I got at 18 and rarely used, they CLD'ed it down to ~$200 and eventually closed it for non-use. On 2/21, I reapplied and got a $2500 limit that was very good compared to my old cards at the time. I haven't received any CLI or the MC upgrade yet, but my use is pretty limited and I may never get either.
I want the MC upgrade, but also know I will never use it with the lack of impressive rewards (I have multiple 1.5% options and a Citi Double Cash for 2%). Anyone else?

Given that the rewards are Target-specific, if someone shops quite frequently at Target (in addition to the 5% savings), then 2% on travel/dining (1% elsewhere) may be of some benefit to a variety of folks. Different strokes for different folks.

I definitey agree. I didn't know about the 2% (although I get more than that from other cards, so still wouldn't be likely to use it). I was just curious if anyone else who doesn't plan on using it still wants the upgrade.
Is it true that it has no FTF?
The MC upgrade is something I want to have, too.
I have $2800 limit since 2014, and nothing since. I have done all the right things (charge every month, update income every month, always pay in full, etc.)
I normally just use my AMC BCP for 6% groceries and Citi DC for 2% on all else. A Target MC would give me peace of mind as a backup, in case a store rejects Citi DC and the same store won't take AMEX. Other than that, I would only use it at Target (in store or online), same as I do now.
However, I doubt that an upgrade will ever occur for me, as it seems that the "powers that be" have done nothing for me since the $800 bump I got in 2014, to bring me up to $2800.
You might have better luck (I hope that you do).
In any case, Happy Thanksgiving !!
AMC BCP
I meant AMEX BCP.
Sorry.

When I read it, my brain auto-corrected and I didn't even realize the mistake until you corrected it.
As far as the RedCard MC, hopefully they'll change their mind and give it to you eventually. Thanks for making me feel less silly for wasnting an upgrade I don't intend on really using.
Happy Thanksgiving!
We have had several $15,000 replies with this revived thread and a $16,500. This leads me to believe that the max for this card is $17,000.
