I don't know if all Citi HHonors cards are Signatures but mine is, I don't imagine either would have been more or less difficult to get.  Can anyone answer if the Citi card is offered in a regular Visa?

I currently have a Citi Hilton Visa Gold (not signature).  I applied for the signature but didn't meet the 5k requirement, so they countered with Gold upon recon.  Benefits with Hilton (point rewards, etc...) are all the same, just no "Signature" benefits.  I plan to try for a PC in late April (as advised by multiple CSR's).

NFCU cashRewards (22k) | Discover IT (8k) | AMEX EveryDay (5k) | AMEX Delta Gold (5k) | CSP (5k) | Marriott Rewards Premier (5k) | Citi Hilton Reserve(5k) | AMEX SPG (2k)

Re: Hilton Honors CC

A own a Citi HH card and i love it. I like it more than AmEx, because it's Visa and it's accepted in all the countries i'm traveling to, rather than AmEx Cat Happy But, my brother owns a HH from AmEx, and he is also happy with it. So, i think that both cards are just fine. The only question is - which issuer will approve you?

Btw, i have found a nice infograpfic about Citi HH, may be it will help you in making your choice: edited Sorry, didn't find one for the Amex version Cat Sad

Re: Hilton Honors CC

if you want hilton points don't go for the 50k if you already have one, get a 35k sign up bonus with Hawaiian airlines (or bank of america one) both gives you 35k miles but points transfers 1 to 2 so you get 70k hilton honors points

Re: Hilton Honors CC

keep in mind that HAL card does not waive annual fee for first year, so you are paying $79 for those points. I also think there are better uses of HAL points than converting to hilton, but if you will never take advantage of those and really need hilton points, this is cheaper than buying them.
In wallet: Ink Plus 10k, AMEX TE 25k. In bag: CSP 16k, USAA WMC 15k, Hyatt 13k, United MPE 12k, AMEX HHonors 3k. In SD: Cap 1 QS 5k, Discover IT 7k. FICO 08 says my EQ is now 844, was 510 in 2010.
