Re: Holly Cow Chase Southwest and question about redistribute

That's the exact same "milk-run" I used to make all the time.

There is an upcoming devaluation of SW points which was released this week, taking effect in March 2014. Approximate devaluation of 14%.

OT

High speed rail is in the work's for that route. Now just need to get a plan for high speed rail on my SFO to SEA "milk-run".

Estimated completion for the SF to LA route is around 2030 and it should be a two and a half hour trip.

Too many INQs & low AAoA so I'm off to tend the Garden.     Age:23

Re: Holly Cow Chase Southwest and question about redistribute

Ow didn't quite expect SW points to undergo devaluation as well. SW overall is a pretty good airline to fly for short haul flights. I don't really need a cozy seat that can recline or a special entertainment system for a flight that's going to land in less than an hour.

JPMorgan Palladium (100k), AmEx Platinum (NPSL), AmEx SPG (46k), AmEx BCP (42k), Chase Sapphire Preferred (47k), Citi Prestige (31k), Citi Thank You Preferred (27k), Citi Executive AAdvantage (25k), JPMorgan Ritz-Carlton (21k), Merrill+ (15k), US Bank Cash+ (22.5k), Wells Fargo (12k), Bloomingdale’s (12.4k), Chase Freedom (5k), Discover IT (5k).

Agreed, but I would at least prefer assigned seating.

Congrats on the approval! Southwest is my favorite followed closely by United and then Delta. IMHO, Southwest is just really really nice.
