So I just received my Discover It card in the mail. It came in fancy packaging and I like the look and feel of the actual card, although it does seem a little flimsy. The thing that shocked me was that Discover pulled my Fico from Equifax and it had me at 768! When I apped for the card, myfico here on Experian said my score was 719! What a big difference! Now I'm thinking I could probably get the freedom and bce for sure....
Also, my APR for the Discover is 18.99%. The range on their website is 10.99-22.99 so it's kind of high. My Citi card I got 13.99% which is the lowest on their website so I'm pleased about that. I should get that card in a few days

Congratulations on your score. Keep in mind, one is an EQ and the other is EX. . Difference can be more inq's on one particular report .
My report on the myfico here said I had 0 inqs before I applied.
LOL! I read the subject line, and my brain automatically added to it, to be:
"HOLY FICO, BATMAN!"
Guess I'm showing my age....
And congrats!
Nice scores. Congrats on the new Discover!

Freedom is not CS driven. Chase really likes rev cr card history. You may get approved cause you are +6 mos.
also, I want to remind you that once these cc's post, your CS will drop some - so if you are thinking about apping and don't mind the inq...go for it.
Thanks guys! You think they would accept me espicially since I just apped for 2 new cards + a cli? Also, I got an "you've been selected to apply" mail from Amex for their green card. Don't think it's any special offer or pre-approval or anything right?

IMO, Chase is more inq/new acct sensitive. I'd hate for your approval to be a $500 CL with HP's required to obtain a nice CL.
Me too, which is why I'm still going to wait till the end of the year. I was just really suprised by the high score I had!
Actually I just realized the score used here comes from equifax as well....so why the HUGE difference in scores from the same report?? 719 on here vs 768 pulled by Discover??
