Well, I logged into Discover this morning, to see if my payment had credited.
Lo and behold... Automatic Credit Limit increase to ++++ Drum Roll ++++ 13.5K
I'm astonished. Previous CL was 5k
Go Discover!

Freakin' awesome webhopper! Makes me wanna do back flips just hearing about it!
No kidding, I wouldn't have expected a CLI that large.. My previous CLIs have been smaller, $800-2k
Whoof! From Discover??? You may have just set a world record for CLI rate from them!
And this was entirely an auto-CLI? HUGE congratulations.
That is fantastic!! How long have you had the card?
I've had the card since 1999 but didn't actually use it until 2006. It was in my mom's sock drawer... I had applied just to get a t shirt
My starting limit was smallish.. maybe like 1200-1500. And my original card was a student card.
I'm going to keep this card for a very long time so its nice to have a useable limit.
WOW....what an increase......What has your recent usage been like? What utl of your cl have you been using? Have you been carrying a balance or PIF each month? If you PIF has it been before your statement was cut or after it hit your report?
Thanks any info will help!!
Awesome!
I sort of regret not jumping on Discover or Walmart a while back. Either would have grown better than Chase.
