So when I was talking to a few people on the phone they told me that anything over 200 auto puts it to the 6 month special 0% on the Card so please be mindful of this (I'm not sure if it's State Specific or anything so be sure to ask your local) But I didn't know they did that I have a couple larger amounts that I know would be under the 24 months when I purchased them but she said they Automatically do it for purchases over 200 so people can keep an eye out. I hope this helps someone. ^^
It's been a while since I closed my card, but I don't think anything has changed recently. The card has historically had a permanent deferred interest offer for 6 months for all purchases over $299, with occasional longer promotional periods of deferred interest for larger amounts, or for specific types of purchases (i.e. appliances). The deferred interest promotion has always been part of the card's terms and is the sole reason to really have the card, as it offers no option for rewards or discounts like the Lowe's competitor card does.
Are you referring to a limited offer for purchases of $200 or more currently being available for cardholders?
@K-in-Boston I'm not sure I was just talking on the phone about my 24 month promotions and the person explained that a tool that I bought that went over 200 was automatically put into the 6 month 0% promotion (that I wasn't aware of) so I just thought that was neat of them to do Nobody explained that part to me when I opened my card for the larger purchases so I thought if they were promoting you get this for X months on a specific item then you can use your card or which-have-you but I didn't know it would qualify for other things over that price point.
