Hooters CLI Question???

Does anybody know if Hooters gives customer initiated CLI... I have had the card for almost a year... and no increase.. it is at a $0 balance. Also will it b a hard or soft?

Yes, they do. But, very, very sparingly.  And then, in smal lincrements.

I  think Hooter's is a Merrick Bank card and they are very cheap.  Hooters was really good when it first came out but very bad now.

I called and requested one a couple months ago....they said they do not do cust. init. cli...I've had the card since Feb. 08 and use it quite a bit actually.
