I checked "Credit Pulls" Section of a Popular Credit Board:
 
Majority of the people with over 620 were approved on EX, TU mostly.. with nice CLs
 
whogavemecredit.com is a great site, try to input ur State for specifics..

Actually badcredit guy she is right you have a really good chance if you have score
