Sync was closing alot of peoples accounts, even in good standing, in what looked like a play to make it look like they were trimming the fat perhaps to their investors?. Is there an accurate (gender-neutral) and yet brief/efficient replacement for "you guys"?

I get it's not ideal...I do...but I have yet to hear a practical alternative.
