You can't have a top 5 ranking for your cards, and tie 2-3 issuers in each of the ranks. That's just being indecisive.
Good point. Here's my new version of my list. It was just really hard to decide for the first few lenders at the top.
1. Amex
2. Chase
3. Discover
4. Barclays
5. BoA
6. CapOne
7. Citi
8. Comenity
9. Sync Bank
1. Discover
2. Chase
3. CITI
...........
n-1. Capital One
n. Wells Fargo - the worst
BofA and Chase on top and Discover on the bottom. Discover's fraud protection in particular is by far the worst out there.

I feel like DCU has very few reps or they are always busy^^^^^^ And whenever I get the one older man there he is rude, but every other CSR there is amazing
As a new DCU member I have to admit they are great so far. Last night I sent them an email asking about where to find my checking account number since it doesn't show up under my account list and I was trying to set up a direct deposit. Tonight (Sta.) at 1055 PM I got a personal email back (by personal I mean not a stock form letter) answering my question and I did set up the direct deposit.
What Credit Union is working at 10-11 PM on a weekend answering email?
So far I'm impressed with DCU's customer service !
1. BofA/FIA
2. Amex
3. Chase
4. Discover
I should say that so far all of these companies/banks have been great to me!! but that's how I would rank them
USAA
NFCU
Discover
Amex
