How do I get credit scores?

Is there a way to get them for free?  I know that you can get your credit report free.  Currently I get my Fico on this website, but it is only for one bureau.

I am wondering what others do to monitor their score.

Do some credit cards have this as a perk?

Walmart offers TU, DCU ( you don't need the cc just the banking relationship) offers EQ
