You have to submit the request with them by calling the number on the back of your card, but be aware they will do a hard pull on your credit at least that is what they told me a few months back. I called and they said since I was asking for credit they would need to check my credit, mind you I have had the card for over two years always pay in full and it is still secured. It seems weird that you want to give them money to add to a Secured account but they make it so difficult. So I decided not to have them check my credit and will just wait to hopefully go unsecured some day.
