Are you new or rebuilding?
In the case of new, if you play nicely, you will start receiving it after 4-5 months.
And make sure you're not opting out of junk mail and/or pre-screened credit or insurance offers.
I have good credit and a long history, but I never, ever get pre-screened offers, even from companies I already do business with and would welcome offers from, because I'm absolutely paranoid and opt out of everything.
You can always opt in or out

Possibly a dumb question, but I opt out of everything and my credit reports show this. So, I never get anything in the mail. But does this mean that I will never see pre-approval offers if I check at CC issuers' sites?
