I have 10 to manage. I'm probably the most OC out of everyone as a check on these cards every day online for any changes. I love having these cards because about this time next year ill have a solid history with them!

I do the same thing; I have alerts set up on all of my accounts. But more than anything, I rely on having an obsessive personality that compels me to log into accounts on a daily basis, LOL!
I'll admit to being totally OCD. I have a budgeting program that tracks all of my expenses and income. I can schedule future payments/deposits and see two years in the future where I'll be financially. I set up a recurring future payment of $0 on the day that each of my statements cut for my various CCs so I always know. I check it every day.
I think my OCD stems from completely ignoring my finances for years because of not having enough income and just generally not understanding the consequences of bad financial habits. Ignoring didn't make it any better (in fact, made it much worse) and now I'm trying to never let that happen again. I probably go overboard but if it keeps me financially solvent, I'm OK with that. I could have far worse habits
Pageonce is amazing and free. I like Mint to for the iphone. These apps are great for managing your ccs

Arguably, because I do the same. Even though I have only 6 cards.
I set up all my bills on my Google calandar as recurring, and a calander widget for my desktop (Windows 7) that is tied to my Google calander. So I have my next 5 appts (due dates) showing. Also the Google calander gets updated on my phone as well.
I'm not nearly as high-tech: I just have all my cc's statement/billing dates fall right around mid-month and pay them all out of my mid-month paycheck along with all my other monthly bills except my rent, which comes out of my first-of-the-month paycheck.
I use my iPhone callendar synced to my computer.
