How frequent is 70K Delta Platinum offer?

The current 70K mile bonus offer is expiring on 2.1.17. For me this is a great offer.

How often have you seen an offer like this on Delta Platinum? I'm on the fence.

I am only showing an offer for 15k miles.  I would jump on 70k if I had the offer.

I have a 75k miles mailer for the gold delta... Expires tomorrow i think. Haven't received one for the platinum yet.
