As long as you didn't include CapOne in your BK, you should be fine once it falls off. However if they were included in your BK, I'd say your odds of approval are close to zero.


Eh, not so sure about that. Cap1 isn't one to blacklist from what I've read.

For most of their cards, that's true. As a lender they primarily offer sub-prime products, and as such BKs are to be expected with that kind of clientele. However for their prime products like the Venture, BKs aren't dismissed so easily.
