Hmmm .. I dont recall an AU needing to sign anything on mine. Just add them and that was it.
And of the ones I've done there was always fine print something to the affect of
....You agree to take full responsibility for all activity on the account including actions made by the Authorized User... or something along those lines before it let me add them to the account,
