How long for AMEX to post sub

I got the cash magnet in September made a $1500 purchase in September and haven't received my sign-up bonus how long does it normally take? It didn't say I wasn't eligible when I applied for the card

Have you called/chatted  them and asked about eligibility for the SUB?

You may want to check or contact them because it should have posted by now. Unless for some reason your account wasn't eligible for the SUB.

Have you looked at your transaction history to confirm that the statement credit isn't buried in there? Or, is it not there at all?

Mine posted within a couple days of hitting the minimum spend requirement as a statement credit.

I have almost 200k in SUB still pending on my MR account, I’m on my 2nd billing cycle though. Gonna keep an eye on it maybe we have to call in, hopefully we don’t have to.

My suspicion is you aren't eligible. Amex's pop up warning is known to be defective sometimes. If you are eligible, SUB usually post relatively quick after meeting spending requirement.

You can call CSR and ask, but understand you may not get it.

I just got off the phone with them it was a glitch on the system I was paid the credit it just didn't show but now it shows it.
The $150 credit posted the next day after I made the required purchase
