I have read mostly all past Discover entries and I have yet to find any sound information on the forum. I have a paid chargeoff from 2014 from Discover. I'm hoping to submit a new app with them towards the end of the year before December and I'm wondering what my chances are of getting back in with them or if I should wait it out longer?
