How long will citi give auto cli?

I have had a citi forward for 3 months. Do they give a auto cli or luv button after 6 month? Thanks!

Some auto-CLIs can occur at the earliest within the 6-month mark.  However, this depends on your account's activity/usage and overall internal profile with them and external factors as well.  Any customer initiated CLIs (online or via phone) can usually be reviewed within or post the 6-month mark, provided your accound is elegible.  If elegible, it would be processed/reviewed as a SP.  Otherwise, be prepared for a HP.
