FYI, DH recently applied for Flagship.... He was declined, but offered the chance to move some CL from the Platinum, which he did.
It resulted in one HP. I'm guessing that if he had gone this route to begin with instead of opening a new card, he could have avoided a HP

I had heard that they hard pull alot but I can't tell. I just pulled all three of my credit reports today and the only one that has a HP from them is EQ. TU isn’t reporting the card yet so I’m not sure if they are just delayed with reporting stuff but so far so good. I lived in Europe for five years and basically fell off the credit map. I opened up bank accounts over there that don't report here. So my current file is pretty thin. Most of my cards are only two years old or less and my credit limits are similar. I’m building up my credit now but NFCU has been beyond amazing. They instantly gave me a 25k CL, when my largest CL was 2k, I only had $100 in my new checking and saving account with them, my oldest account was 3yrs, and my AAoA was 1.4yrs and 4 inquires (1 in the last year). They didn’t ask for stubs or any other recon and the card was reporting a little over a week ago after I got approved. I couldn't be happier with NFCU..
Yes i called them and asked to open a flagship using 5k from cashRewards. They asked me for paystubs and i scanned them and email them to them while on the phone and got my flagship
