American Express TrueEarnings ($55 Costco membership)
I'm pretty averse to cards with an AF. My spend doesn't justify the added expense.
1 BCP
CSP only
edit: QS1, too, but they always wave it
I have the CSP and my wife has the Disney Premier. Mine in new and hers is a conversion so we haven't paid any fees yet.
CSP (which is getting cancelled this year)
AmEx SPG
Citi AA
Citi Prestige

Delta AMEX Gold June 2013
Delta AMEX Platinum Feb 2014 (closed Oct 2014)
US Bank Travel Non-Rewards Aug 2014 (closed Oct 2014)
Diners Premier Nov 2014
Marriott Dec 2014
Hyatt Jan 2015
Moi also, except counting QS1. During start up of that card, was promised AF waiver, so got it. Later, EO removed annual fee, so I've never paid it. Note for waivers, it is score dependent.
Now, just US Airways/Aviator. Will probably add CSP next year, if get Ink Cash (prefer cash version over plus version). Then, evaluate airline cards to add/keep in wallet. Don't want too many. Only reason for Chase transfer is Avios for Alaska Airlines. Otherwise, switch line up Amex business cards for points that transfer to AS and Delta (hubs for SEA).

Chase IHG (free night pays for the AF)
Chase Marriott (free night pays for the AF)
Amex Delta (AmexOffers pays for the AF)
Amex SPG (AmexOffers pays for the AF)
Citi Prestige (Just got it today; it's supposed to be awesome)
Barclay AA
Citi AA
Chase Southwest
The bottom three are on the chopping block. Probably cancel one of the two AA cards. Possibly also the Southwest.
My Amex offers suck, so wouldn't pay for annual fee. ![]()
Down to 3 from 4. +1 if you're counting the TE but I wouldn't as I would have a Costco membership with or without the TE.
